Jiggle my balls

You can expand all the images on this site by clicking on them. Oh, big deal, you say. Well, you can also use your arrow keys to move to the next one. Also, you can move the pictures. Go on, try it. You can move them anywhere you like. Well almost.

If you want to move them off your screen and onto your wall, you can buy them. Many of my paintings, drawings and photographs are for sale.

We love commissions too ;-)

Artballs is currently making lots of exciting websites. We are using the wonderful Wordpress and pimping it up just the way you like it.

Wordpress makes it easy for you to manage your own website. Features include:

• Updating content and adding pages whenever you feel like it - all with just a web browser!
• updating by sending an email to your website, or with an iPhone!
• Sharing on Facebook, Flickr, Myspace, or any other social networking site!
• adding photos that magically resize - no need for Photoshop!
• search facility and RSS feeds!

  Flukeshot

Flukeshot is a talented photographer and face artist currently based in Kent.

The site features a very simple and intuitive picture gallery style. The galleries are easy to manage as they work much like a Facebook page - simply uploading them from a web browser (or iPhone :-). Once they are uploaded, they automatically resize themselves, so they all fit the page properly!

The site also features a 'Picture diary'. A very simple and clean photo based blog to allow Flukeshot to post her latest work direct from a mobile phone, or from a web browser.

Flukeshot has a large Facebook following, so we added a 'share on Facebook' button so her homies can stay in touch with her latest work!

  Short Fuse

Short Fuse run a monthly writer's night. They are based in Brighton, but are expanding to host events in Hastings also.

Artballs designed the logo and the retro look for the poster art and web site. The site is very easy for the client to update with up and coming events. The design is based on an old Popular Science journal from the mid 1930's. The story page design is from Penguin Classic books, but adapted a little for enhanced legibility on the web.

The site allows commenting and feedback on stories and also features a built-in mailing list facility, so all Short Fuse fans can be emailed from the control panel of the site.

Artballs was formed in 2001 out of response to people in creative fields needing good digital media solutions for their art.

Artballs is a small company taking a personal approach to its work. Essentially, Artballs is Nathan Jones, who coordinates with people with skills relevant to a project. This sometimes means that our own clients (being creative, or music/media professionals) are involved in other Artballs projects!

Essentially, Artballs started out as a web design outfit for creatives, who could not get nice looking and good quality web sites from other companies - more geared up for corporate sites. Artballs went for a more personal feel, and being artists ourselves, we understood the desire for a more personal presence on the web.

Artballs expanded into digital colour management and pioneering digital printing for artists. We have been involved in digital imaging since the early 1990's.

This work includes printing large format images onto paper, canvas and even carpets!

Artballs has now been involved in many creative fields, such as art/illustration, design (print and web - and even skateboard ramps!), sound design, installations, advertising/fashion/travel photography, film production and editing and travel/creative writing.

'Anything creative' is our motto. Whatever you need made, done, sorted, Artballs can do it, or knows someone who can and is experienced in doing that – and will do the job with panache!
